1. The lucky draw is open to the participation of all eligible customers who have lucky draw entitlements.
2. A customer shall be eligible to participate in a lucky draw provided that: (i) the customer has provided complete contact details with email and mobile nos. (ii) the customer refill's /recondition his computer printer cartridges from any of the Re-Feel Cartridge Stores.
3. By entering contest, entrants accept these Terms & conditions of entry.
4. Participation to the Draw has to be single and unique. The Scheme “Refill and Win” is valid till 15th March 2010.
5. Entry to the contest is void where prohibited.
6. On the basis of a lucky draw, winners will be selected among all the correct entries received during the validity period.
7. Winners will be directly contacted by Re-feel Cartridge Store Franchise Owner's through phone, email, or such other means as the company may deem fit. Participants should carry a Photo Identity proof e.g. Driving License, Election I. Card & passport at the time of collection of prize/prizes.
8. In case the Company / Re-feel Cartridge Store Franchise Owner is not able to contact the winner due to any reason including mobile number is not reachable/switch off /out of service / verification is not provided accurately / email rejection / mistakes in any contact details provided , winner shall not be entitled to the gift and the Company/ Re-feel Cartridge Store Franchise Owner shall make no further efforts to contact him.
9. Each entry has a fair and equal chance of winning a gift.
10. The draw will be held at Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd premises in Kolkata.
11. The winner shall be determined from all the entries by a computerised process and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
12. The decision of the contest will be final & binding and is non-contestable.
13. Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw &/or alter any of the terms & conditions of its offers at any time without prior notice.
14. Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd./ Re-feel Cartridge Stores is not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied concerning the prizes.
15. To the extent permitted by law, Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. / Re-feel Cartridge Stores makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
16. All applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax ,TDS ,Gift Tax, visa charges and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the gifts will be payable by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to the acceptance or use of this offer and the company or its associates companies (Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. / Re-feel Cartridge Stores) shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
17. Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. / Re-feel Cartridge Stores shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in any contest or using any prize.
18. Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. / Re-feel Cartridge Stores accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prizes shown.
19. Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. / Re-feel Cartridge Stores will not bear any responsibility of transporting prizes to the respective winners. It should be collected within a maximum period of one month of contest from the Re-feel Cartridge Stores where the refilling/reconditioning of the computer printer cartridge was done.
20. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
21. Prize winners will be decided at the end of the contest based on the proprietary process Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. uses, which generates random winners. Kindly note that, if any TDS will be applicable for the prize money then the Customer will have to pay the same. The prize fulfillment will take 60 days from the date of receipt of TDS from the winner.
22. All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. / Re-feel Cartridge Stores.
23. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Kolkata.
24. This promotion is open only to Indian Nationals residing in India.
25. Employees, relative & family members of Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd., are eligible to participate in the contest, as the lucky draw winners shall be selected by draw of lots.
26. Refeel Cartridge Engineering Pvt. Ltd is free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information / details of this scheme to third parties without limitation. The company reserves the right to publish the photograph and / or name of the winners in promotional materials and advertisements if required.
