What do i need to do in order to finalize the deal & get the cartridge refill store operational ?
We will be signing an agreement, valid for 5 years upon payment of Rs 2 Lakhs as the franchise fees. We will finalize the location for cartridge refill store, if not yet finalized. You will be getting a start-up manual completely elaborating the list of activities that you are supposed to do till your store is operational. While the store is getting ready, your team will be given training on cartridge refilling industry at our HO & and all our manuals will be handed over to you. Simultaneously you arrange for the finance for machineries, raw materials, etc. In case of any problem our support staff will be more than eager to provide you with right assistance.

You are required to pay 6% royalty on the cartridge refilling bills on a monthly basis.

Can i open more than 1 Re-feel Cartridge Store ?
Yes, many of our franchisees are multiple Re-feel Cartridge Store owners. This shows their faith in us & towards the cartridge refilling industry. We encourage franchisees to have multiple locations. This helps in creating lot of synergies.

How many times can a cartridge be refilled ?
There is no thumb rule in the industry. A cartridge can be refilled from 2-20 times depending on the model & the way it has been handled. For more number of refills, we use the best quality raw materials, machineries & processes.

My vendor suggests that he can refill a cartridge 2 to 3 times and then probably go for a new or recycled cartridge. Is it true ?
The components used in an original cartridge are intended for single use only. Reusing the critical components would either mean that you would have mid cycle failure, or toner powder spillage due to a faulty cleaning blade which may damage the fuser unit. The drum becomes weak & might develop dots leading to faulty print outs and subsequently you would change the cartridge mid way. Here you loose money on refilling and get poor prints with which you have to compromise. Reconditioned cartridges give same output as an OEM. Refilled cartridges give only around 35% output when compared to OEM or reconditioned.
